Everton and West Ham have sent scouts to watch Genoa sensation Christian Kouamé with both sides looking to sign the striker for next season.

Kouamé only joined the Serie A club this term but has impressed in his debut campaign, netting four goals and assisting seven further times in 25 appearances.

A host of top-level European outfits are believed to be tracking the 21-year-old, but according to Gazzetta dello Sport it is Everton and West Hama that are showing the most interest.

It’s claimed that the Premier League duo have sent scouts to watch the Ivorian on a number of occasions since Christmas, with both willing to bid in the summer.

Genoa are believed to want close to €25m.
