Everton and Leicester are just two of a number of top European sides interested in Dutch youngster Hossein Zamani.
Zamani moved from Ajax to FC Utrecht’s youth academy as of 1 July but according the Daily Mail, the 16-year-old highly rated attacker could still be on the move again this summer, putting a number of clubs on red alert.
The Netherlands U15 international is reportedly attracting the attention of the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City, AC Milan, Marseille, Atalanta.
But the Mail claim Everton and Leicester have shown the most “serious interest” in Zamani so far, although there has been no concrete offers from either club just yet.
The right-footed left-winger was born in Iran and holds Dutch and Afghani citizenship.
He is yet to make a senior appearance at club level but so far has 43 Eredivisie Under-17 League appearances under his belt.
The Toffees and the Foxes may hold an advantage over some of the other supposedly interested parties in the race for his signature given they can offer a clear path to the first team in the coming years.
