Manchester City defender Eric Garcia admits he is ‘very happy’ with his adaptation process in England.
Garcia joined City from Barcelona in 2017, spending time with the first-team in between Premier League 2 appearances.
And despite the difference in language, culture and playing style, the 18-year-old believes he will only get better.
“I’m in my third season in Manchester already and I’m very happy,” he told Marca. “At first it was more complicated, but then I adapted after a few months.
“When I first went, I was hoping to see how things were going. We all know the Premier League is a different league, it’s more physical. I’m very happy with how it’s gone.”
“Everyone is at a phenomenal level, but Bernardo Silva surprised me the most,” Garcia added.
“I had seen him at Monaco but not much, so I was surprised when I first trained with him.”
City return to domestic action against Chelsea on November 23.
