Eden Hazard is confident Chelsea will spring a surprise when they travel to face Manchester City next week.

Maurizio Sarri’s side ended City’s unbeaten start to the Premier League season when they won 2-0 at Stamford Bridge back in December.

And after the Blues got back to winning ways in their 5-0 victory over Huddersfield, Hazard is feeling bullish about his side’s chances of getting a result at the Etihad next Sunday.

“It’s going to be a different game than two or three months ago,” the Belgian told Chelsea TV.

“I think they will have the ball. City have these kind of players to play together.

“We will defend well and then we will score one goal or two.”

As well as the City game, Chelsea have some tough fixtures coming up in a month which seems them face Malmö in the Europa League, Manchester United in the FA Cup, City in the EFL Cup final and Spurs at Stamford Bridge.

“We need to be focused,” said Hazard.

“This month is going to be hard, but we are Chelsea. We can beat everyone if we want.”

Gonzalo Higuaín opened his Chelsea account with a brace against Huddersfield and Hazard was impressed by what he saw from the Argentine.

“He’s a great striker. He’s a bit less of a target man than [Olivier] Giroud, but he can hold the ball, he can play one touches. He’s intelligent.

“In the box he’s unbelievable. He will score more goals.”
