Croatia and Spain have both named strong starting line-ups for Thursday’s UEFA Nations League showdown.

Luka Modrić captains the hosts, and will start alongside the likes of Ivan Rakitić, Ante Rebić and Ivan Perišić at Stadion Maksimir in the Croatian capital Zagreb.

The visitors, meanwhile, will start with Iago Aspas as the lone striker and he will be supported by Isco and Rodrigo.

Spain ran out 6-0 winners when these two sides last met back in September.

Another victory for La Roja in this game will take them through into the Nations League finals, while World Cup finalists Croatia are fighting relegation from the elite European teams ahead of their final two matches.
