According to GloboEsporte, Fluminense and Corinthians are finalising a loan deal for 20-year-old Timão defender Léo Santos.
The loan is set to be announced in the near future after the two sides figure out how to allocate the centre-back’s salary.
The duration of the loan is also not yet defined and there is no fixed sale value.
Léo Santos has a contract until 2020 with Corinthians, who own 70 per cent of his rights.
In January, the player was very close to being involved in a negotiation for the return of 21-year-old left-back Guilherme Arana, who now plays for Sevilla.
However, the La Liga side did not accept the swap deal.
