Over the weekend, Chivas extended their unbeaten streak in all competitions to four games as they defeated Atlético San Luis 3-0 to move into sixth place in the Apertura standings.
Amongst the goalscorers was Chofis López, who found the back of the net for the first time since last August with a 15th-minute strike that found the bottom corner.
In an interview with ESPN, López revealed that advice given by striker Oribe Peralta has helped him improve his performance on the pitch in the last few matches.
“I feel that I am on the right track. Little by little. Oribe told me that doing things right always starts with small adjustments that will pay off in the long run.
“Doing the little things right… sooner or later the fruits will come and I believe I am doing these things well.”
Chivas are back in action on Saturday when they travel to face Club León.
