Despite barely being able to get into the Chivas side last season, Alejandro Mayorga is enjoying his time on loan at Pumas on loan, starting every single Liga MX match this season.
Now, according to various Mexican sources, Pumas are looking to secure the left-back’s signature on a permanent deal but he won’t come cheap.
After his sensational performances this season, Chivas have now reportedly put a €5m price tag on the 22-year-old.
It’s believed that €5m is well outside of Pumas’ price range, so holding onto Mayorga could be a complicated task though it’s said the player wants to continue there.
So far in his 10 appearances for Pumas, Mayorga has notched a pair of assists and has guided his temporary side to sixth place in the table, one point below Chivas.
