According to reports in France, Chelsea are set to beat London rivals Arsenal to the signing of Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri.

Seri started in 30 Ligue 1 matches for Nice this past season, scoring two goals and assisting on five others from the number six position.

The Ivorian is known for picking out pinpoint passes and making it very difficult for his opponents to penetrate their offensive third.
