A letter sent by Championship clubs to the EFL has reportedly not called for Leeds to be deducted points over the ‘Spygate’ scandal.

11 teams are believed to have signed a letter sent to the Football League in which they ask to have “full disclosure” over Marcelo Bielsa’s scouting techniques this season.

Last week the Argentine tactician admitted in an extraordinary press conference that he had sent a spy to watch all of his opponents at training since joining the Yorkshire giants in the summer.

Derby made a formal complaint to league authorities after a member of Leeds’ staff was caught spying on their training and 10 other sides then joined the Rams in formally complaining to the EFL.

But now the Yorkshire Post have claimed that sources close to clubs involved have not asked for a points deduction, despite the Elland Road outfit sitting top of the Championship.

Norwich, Millwall and Blackburn have already confirmed that they have put their names to the letter.

And the Yorkshire Evening Post have revealed that Middlesbrough, Bristol City and Nottingham Forest have joined them as well.
