The Blues currently sit in second place (on goal difference) and have been praised for their attacking style of football.
However, their profligacy in front of goal has been apparent in Europe, and Fàbregas has urged his teammates to break their bad habits.
“Sometimes you need to take risks, to be ruthless,” he told Chelsea TV. “You have to fight for your team-mates and for the club.
“My type of football has always been to play with the ball, to have the ball, to create chances, have a forward mentality. Having movement with or without the ball.

Chelsea return to Premier League action against Manchester United on Saturday, before hosting BATE on October 25 as their Europa League campaign continues.
