Bundesliga giants, Borrusia Dortmund, are reportedly interested in Corinthians’ Pedrinho, according to reports from Brazil.
According to Globo Esporte, representatives from Dortmund were on hand at Arena Corinthians on Thursday to watch Pedrinho shine in Corinthians’ 2-0 victory over Montevideo Wanderers in Copa Sudamericana play.
Dortmund directors had already met with the right-winger last year, but were unable to make a deal as Corinthians did not like the offer from the German club.
Having an excellent season for Corinthians, Pedrinho currently has four goals in 33 matches. In 2018, the 21-year-old scored four goals in 56 games.
Pedrinho currently has a €50m release clause.
However, despite the keen interest from the German club, Pedrinho’s agent has said he hopes to keep the starlet at Corinthians for at least two more years.
