Bayern Munich are reportedly targeting Bayer Leverkusen star Julian Brandt as a summer alternative to Callum Hudson-Odoi.
The Bundesliga champions identified Hudson-Odoi as a key part of their rebuild, but saw four separate bids rejected by Chelsea in January.
According to BILD, Bayern have been ‘seduced’ by the €25m release clause of Brandt who continues to impress this season.
The 22-year-old would also suit their internal ambitions of signing more young, German players who can held build an identifiable brand.
BILD also suggests that both Lucas Hernández and Timo Werner have already agreed personal terms with the Bavarians.
Hernandez will join from Atlético Madrid in the summer after failing to move in January, while Timo Werner could either come this summer or next.
