Bayern Munich have made two changes for their Bundesliga clash with Werder Bremen on Saturday.

The Bavarian giants are looking for the three points that will maintain their advantage at the top of the table, and they do so with coach Niko Kovač making a pair of alterations from the XI that beat Fortuna Dusseldorf last time.

Sven Ulreich starts in goal in place of the injured Manuel Neuer while Jerome Boateng comes in for Mats Hummels at the back.

The rest of the XI are unchanged with Robert Lewnadowski leading the line, supported by Thomas Müller, Kingsley Coman and Serge Gnabry.
