Jérôme Boateng has reportedly reached a ‘full agreement’ with PSG as his departure from Bayern edges closer.

Boateng has been linked with a move away from the Bundesliga champions this summer after admitting his desire for “a new sporting challenge”.

According to Paris United, sporting director Antero Henrique made a trip to Paris to meet with the player’s representatives and finalise a deal.

The report also claims that Thomas Tuchel wants to utilise a back three formation and views Boateng as the perfect ‘wide option’ to play alongside Thiago Silva.

Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge still insists that nothing concrete has taken place regarding the defender but admits that intermediaries have been in touch.

“We have to find a transfer fee that would be acceptable for both. In principle, we have enough players at this position, even if Jérôme leaves.”
