Bayern Munich and Juventus will reportedly go head-to-head for Italian duo Nicolo Zaniolo and Federico Chiesa this summer.
Bayern have gone on record as confirming that they are in for a summer of big-spending as they look to rejuvenated what has become an ageing squad.
Juve meanwhile are also on the hunt for new blood after once again failing in the Champions League this term.
Chiesa has been one of Fiorentina’s star men this term in what has been relatively underwhelming season for the Viola.
Zaniolo has also emerged as a true force in Italian football this season, bursting on to the scene for the Giallorossi and earning his first Italy caps in the process.
And now Calcio Mercato have confirmed that both Bayern and Juve have been in contact with the duo’s respective clubs about potential moves come the end of the season.
It may take a fee upwards of €70m to land Zaniolo after his sensational debut campaign in Serie A while Chiesa could be available for nearer €40m.
