Barcelona and Real Madrid are reportedly interested in signing Fulham’s teenage sensation Harvey Elliott.

Elliott became the Premier League’s youngest ever player this season when he made his first team debut aged just 16 years and 30 days in May.

Interest from clubs has been circulating around the teenager for some time and now following the Cottagers’ relegation to the Championship, Elliott has decided not to renew his contract.

It means the midfielder is available for a free this summer, resulting in what could turn out to be a gang fight for the England under-17 international.

The Sun say that almost every big club in Europe is monitoring Elliott, but that there are four main contenders for his signature.

RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund are the main clubs in for him and are using their track record of developing young, English players to lure Elliott to Germany.

But Barcelona and Real Madrid are also very, very keen on the youngster and could swoop in the coming days.
