If youâve ever wondered what itâs really like to be Sergio Ramos, youâre about to find out.
Amazon Prime have greenlit a new eight-episode docuseries about the Real Madrid and Spain captainâs life which promises an exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpse into what makes him tick.
Presumably weâll finally get to find out where he buys his clothes and how long he spends practicing his patented arm-lock each day, as seen in last yearâs Champions League final.
It will be just the second ever Spanish Prime Original series and promises to tell the story of Ramosâs humble beginnings in Seville right through to his passion for tattoos.
âIâm excited to be able to show football fans what it takes to be a professional athlete, the responsibility of wearing Real Madridâs and Spainâs armband and how to juggle that with a normal personal life,â said the 32-year-old defender.
âI think that anyone who is devoted to his profession can feel reflected in the series and there is no better partner to do so than Amazon Prime Video.â
Amazon Prime have already made one foray into the world of professional football with last yearâs All or Nothing: Manchester City, while rival streaming service Netflix have enjoyed success with their documentary series profiling Juventus and Sunderland.
