The photos aren’t exactly crystal clear but the implication is pretty obvious: Lucas Moura will sign for Tottenham before the transfer window closes on Wednesday.
The Paris Saint-Germain winger was captured in London by Sky Sports cameras late on Monday evening.

He is set to complete a medical on Tuesday before signing for Spurs in what is believed to be a €25m deal.
The Brazilian has had a difficult time even making matchday squads for Paris in recent months.
And Spurs will offer him an escape route and he seeks to ensure his place the Brazil team for the World Cup in Russia.
An official announcement could come later on Tuesday.
