Rashford fractured his back at home to Wolves last month with an initial prognosis claiming that the striker would miss at least a couple of months.

But now Solskjaer has admitted that his injury is worse than first feared and that the England forward could be out for the remainder of the campaign and is a major doubt for Euro 2020.

Pogba will also be unavailable after ankle surgery and could well have played his last game for United.

The Old Trafford outfit travel to Belgium to face Club Brugge in the last 32 of the Europa League.
