Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has handed four players their Manchester United starting debuts for Thursday evening’s Europa League meeting with Astana.
Three of those are academy products who all appear for the first time, while veteran goalkeeper Lee Grant makes his first start, although he has previously featured off the bench.
Ahead of him, Ethan Laird is in at right-back alongside Di’Shon Bernard, who is partnered by Axel Tuanzaebe at the heart of defence.
The other player enjoying his first outing for Solskjaer’s side is Dylan Levitt in midfield, with Jesse Lingard donning the armband for the first time.
