Jürgen Klinsmann has confirmed that he is stepping down as Hertha BSC boss after just 10 weeks in charge.
The former Germany international released a statement on his official Facebook page which confirmed that he will quit as coach with immediate effect after what he claimed was a “lack of trust” from the club.
Klinsmann will however remain as a member of the board.
The 55-year-old had been on the sidelines for just 10 matches, winning three, drawing three and losing the other four.
His final game proved to be last weekend’s home defeat to Mainz.
