The wait goes on for James Maddison’s international debut.
An impressive start to the season saw the Leicester City midfielder called up to Gareth Southgate’s England squad for the second time in as many months.

However, Maddison has fallen ill and pulled out of the squad on Thursday.
England will not call up a replacement for the games against Czech Republic and Bulgaria.
