Italy have now officially unveiled their new Renaissance-inspired third jersey.
The turquoise green and gold jersey is manufactured by Puma and features a subtle graphic pattern inspired by the traditional mosaics of Italian churches from the past millennium.
The new kit may be worn when Roberto Mancini’s side take on Greece and Liechtenstein in EURO 2020 qualifying next week.
However, it cannot be worn at the tournament proper next summer as rules state that teams may only use two kits.
Still, as football jerseys go, it’s a very, very nice one.
