Gareth Southgate has named a formidable looking XI for England’s away trip to Czech Republic on Friday.

Should the Three Lions maintain their 100 per cent record in Group A this evening they will become the second side, after Belgium, to qualify for Euro 2020.

And Southgate has looked to get this qualification process over as soon as possible by naming what amounts to his strongest possible team.

Mason Mount, so good for Chelsea recently, makes his first start in midfield alongside Declan Rice and Jordan Henderson.

While Jadon Sancho is preferred to Marcus Rashford, in a front three with Harry Kane and Raheem Sterling.

Kieran Trippier, who had lost his place in the England squad last month, returns at right-back with Danny Rose on the opposite flank.
