England have made eight changes to the side that defeated the USA.

Gareth Southgate has brought back Harry Kane, Raheem Sterling and Marcus Rashford upfront as the Three Lions look to finish top of Group 4 in League A for a place in the Nations League finals.

Only Jordan Pickford, Ben Chilwell and Fabian Delph remain from Thursday’s 3-0 triumph with City pair John Stones and Kyle Walker returning to defence along with Liverpool’s Joe Gomes.

Eric Dier and Ross Barkley complete the midfield.

Croatia, meanwhile, are without Ivan Rakitić though boast a midfield of Luka Modrić, captaining the side, Marcelo Brozović and Ivan Perišić.

Former Leicester striker Andrej Kramarić leads the line with Nikola Vlašić, on loan at CSKA Moscow from Everton, behind him.
