Inter and Manchester United have reportedly came to an agreement on a deal for defender Ashley Young to move to San Siro.

The veteran’s contract at Old Trafford is due to expire at the end of the season and he has been unable to agree an extension.

Sky Sport Italia now report that the clubs have struck a deal which will see the Italian outfit pay €1.5m plus bonuses for Young’s services.

The Englishman is set to undergo a medical on Friday morning in Milan.

It appears likely that the former Aston Villa man will put pen to paper on an 18-month deal with the Nerazzurri.

Antonio Conte has made it clear that he requires reinforcements in the wing-back areas, with Inter also chasing Leonardo Spinazzola of Roma, which Young would provide.

He will be the third player to trade United for Inter in the last two windows, with Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sánchez moving last summer.
