Arsenal have announced the surprise signing of central defender David Luiz from London rivals Chelsea.
Various reports, notably from BBC Sport’s David Ornstein, claim that the fee is in the region of £8m.

The Brazil international has put pen to paper on a two-year deal at the Emirates Stadium.
Luiz makes the move across London and brings a wealth of Premier League experience with him across two spells at Stamford Bridge.
He will wear the No. 23 jersey for the Gunners.
