📸 Leeds waste no time trolling Derby after play-off final defeat | OneFootball

Despite their best efforts, Derby were unable to overcome a two-goal deficit and dropped a 2-1 contest on Monday in the Championship play-off final, allowing Aston Villa to clinch promotion to the Premier League.

After brutal back-and-forths, Spygate, and incredible semi-final drama, we cannot wait for Leeds and Derby to do battle next season in what will surely be (at least) a pair of bloodthirsty match-ups.

Niall Horan, the solo singer and former member of One Direction, is an extremely vocal Derby supporter with nearly 40 million Twitter followers and has been throwing shade at Leeds all season.

After the Derby defeat, Leeds poked their own fun at Horan and Leeds and presumably had the last laugh… until next season at least.
