A week ago, Miguel Herrera said that Jérémy Ménez was upset because it was difficult for him to break through into the América squad.
However, on Tuesday, he confessed that he was not training well and did not see the player having an “attitude of fighting for a position”.

Apparently, Ménez did not appreciate the statement of his manager, since he immediately left a message in his Instagram stories that many believes was a direct response to El Piojo.
It read “Your excuses are false” in addition to several laughing emojis.
In addition, Ménez posted the following photo with the caption: “It’s been a good week of training for everybody”.
There’s absolutely no doubt that Ménez cannot wait to leave the club. His contract expires at the end of 2019 but it’s widely believed he’ll be sold or released this summer.
