Most footballers find themselves running low on energy in the dying embers of a match, but Iñaki Williams is not most footballers.
The 24-year-old scored a brilliant goal in Athletic Club’s 2-0 win over Sevilla on Sunday which had the San Mamés faithful dancing in the aisles.
Williams opened the scoring after 24 minutes but it was his second goal, six minutes from full-time, which stole the show.
After receiving a pass inside his own half, the Spaniard flicked the ball around Sevilla’s Sergi Gómez before bursting past the defender and finishing wonderfully.
Like a runaway freight train.
