PSV Eindhoven winger Hirving Lozano has been named Concacaf Player of the Year.
The Mexico international enjoyed a stellar 12 months in 2018, winning the Eredivisie title with his club side as well as guiding El Tri to the last 16 of the World Cup in Russia.
