On Wednesday, Barcelona and Spain legend David Villa announced his retirement at the age of 37.
As well as Barça, Villa scored a bagful of goals in LaLiga for Real Zaragoza, Valencia and Atlético Madrid.
He won the Champions League in 2011, scoring this incredible goal against Manchester United in the final.
He also won the 2008 European Championship and the 2010 World Cup with Spain, netting 59 goals in 98 appearances for his country.
And in 2019, the striker made the final move of his career when he joined compatriot Andrés Iniesta at Japanese club Vissel Kobe.
Gracias. âÂ
