Washing our hands more regularly and thoroughly is one of the many ways we can all help control the spread of coronavirus.
The World Health Organisation says we should wash our hands and wrists with soap and water for at least 40 seconds.
If you don’t have a stop-watch handy, you should wash your hands for about as long as it takes to sing Happy Birthday twice.
And if you don’t have immediate access to soap and water, alcohol-based hand sanitiser is a good substitute.
Just ask Cristiano Ronaldo, who was preaching the importance of hand hygiene to his kids over the weekend …
Cute or what?
So take it from Cristiano. Stay indoors and keep those hands fresh and clean!
