There are many words to describe Bastian Schweinsteiger but, without a doubt, football legend would describe him better than most.
Having retired from professional football at age 35, the World Cup-winner has a lot more free time on his hands than his former colleagues.
With the Covid-19 pandemic putting football on hold, Bayern have been doing ‘cyber training’ sessions, so the Bayern Hall of Famer took it upon himself to join the squad from what we assume is his own personal gym – much to the delight of the Bayern squad.
At age 35, maybe it’s not too late for Schweinsteiger to give it another go. I mean, who wouldn’t want to see Schweini back in action?
