Director of Football Joaquín Caparrós will take over until the end of the season, starting with this weekend’s trip to Espanyol.
Thursday’s 4-3 defeat in Prague was Sevilla’s fourth defeat in their last seven matches in all competitions. They are without a win away from home since September.
Machín – who was only appointed in July – leaves the Andalusian club 6th in LaLiga.
