France will be without the services of Kylian Mbappé for their upcoming Euro 2020 qualifiers due to a thigh problem.
The striker missed PSG’s 4-0 win over Angers but had been expected to play a part for his country.
The world champions take on Iceland and Turkey but will now do so without the star youngster.
Mbappé underwent tests at Clairefontaine after linking up with the national team and will now leave the camp on Wednesday morning.
He had been expected to be rested against Iceland and play a part in the clash with Turkey.
But he will no longer do so after the national side’s medical staff discharged him in order to return to Paris to link up with his club.
Mbappé had just made his return from a hamstring issue which plagued him throughout September.
Didier Deschamps has called up Alassane Pléa to replace the 20-year-old.
