Dejan Lovren banned by Uefa over Sergio Ramos comments

The central defender will miss one Croatia match

Dejan Lovren has been banned by Uefa for one Croatian national team game after comments he made about Sergio Ramos.

The central defender is deemed to have made derogatory comments towards Ramos after their Nations League game last year.

Lovren took to social media and proclaimed: “Haha! 3-2! Go ahead and talk now buddy. Buddy! They are a bunch of p******.”

Croatia next game is their Euro 2020 qualifier at home to Azerbaijan in March.
