Chelsea defender Michael Hector has agreed a move to Fulham which will be completed once the transfer window opens again in January.

Hector has had a nomadic four years since he joined the Blues in 2015, failing to play a single senior game for the club and joining four different teams in on loan.

Last season he was at Sheffield Wednesday and was an ever-present in the Owls starting XI.

But now Chelsea have confirmed that Hector will join Fulham on a permanent deal in January.

The 27-year-old will train with the Cottagers but won’t be able to play until the year is out.
