As a result of Mikel Arteta testing positive for Covid-19, Arsenal’s visit to Brighton has been postponed.
The game is the first Premier League fixture to be postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak. The Premier League had planned to continue as normal but will now hold a meeting on Friday morning to determine their next steps.

Hours after Arsenal announced Arteta’s diagnosis, Chelsea confirmed that winger Callum Hudson-Odoi has also tested positive.
Almost every other league in Europe has been suspended for two or more weeks.
