League One side Accrington Stanley have been giving their stadium a facelift and Manchester City have come in to help the club.
Stadium upgrades can be a lot for a newly-promoted club like Stanley, who survived their first-ever season in the third-tier.
Following promotion to League One, Accrington Stanley had a fine campaign and finished 14th out of 24 teams this season.
Renovations to the Crown Ground are currently being made thanks to a ton of help from local businesses.
On Wednesday, Accrington Stanley’s chairman Andy Holt took to Twitter to show his appreciation after City gave them new goalposts, worth over €1,000.
Classy job, City!
