Sandro Tonali is the hottest teenage prospect in Italy, so much so that Brescia president Massimo Cellino has put an eye-watering €300m price tag on his head.
Whether he’s joking or not, we really don’t know, but, according to Calciomercato, Pep Guardiola and Manchester City are keen on bringing in the 19-year-old.
Despite playing for the bottom side in Serie A, Tonali has already earned three caps for Italy and has some of the biggest teams in the world flocking for his signature.
Tonali appears to be the full package: an elite passer and dribbler who can also get back for a crunching tackle and hit rockets from 30+ yards out.
Many have called Tonali the next Pirlo and the next Gattuso. We just cannot wait to see this kid on the big stage.
In case you don’t know what this Tonali kid is about, take a look at this breathtaking free-kick he scored against Genoa last month.
