Dortmund continued their unbeaten season by following up a 6-0 win over FC ZĂŒrich earlier on Tuesday with a 4-1 win over Swiss Super League side FC St. Gallen.
Achraf Hakimi opened the scoring just 123 seconds into the game, sending his shot past Jonathan Klinsmann.
Just after the half-hour mark, Jacob Bruun Larsen scored the first of his two goals on the afternoon following a stellar ball over the top from Axel Witsel.
13 minutes later, Bruun Larsen would complete his brace as he tapped home a Nico Schulz cross into an empty net.
Though St. Gallen were able to cut into the lead just before half-time, Marco Reus would restore their three-goal advantage after Mario Gotzeâs stellar backheel assist sent him in on goal just after the hour-mark.
The German giants have outscored their opponents 30-5 this summer and have scored at least three goals in every single match.
