Dejan Kulusevski

It feels like we could include the Parma starlet in this list every weekend but that’s because he keeps performing week after week.

The Ducali were missing Gervinho, Roberto Inglese and Andreas Cornelius but the teen stepped up with an outstanding showing, completing with a sublime goal.

He is special!

Moussa Diaby

It feels like we have been waiting for the 20-year-old to kick into high gear following his move from Paris Saint-Germain.

That may have happened on Saturday as he had his finest game yet in a Leverkusen jersey in their 1-1 draw Freiburg.

This could be the beginning.

Todd Cantwell

Manchester United may have had a host of youngsters star in a seven-minute blitz but the Norwich man was excellent throughout.

Cantwell was moved to the right of midfield and had to put in a lot more defensive work, something he did without a grumble.

And he then got his reward with an ice-cool second half finish which put the Canaries on their way.

Aurélien Tchouaméni

The 19-year-old was charged with filling the shoes of Otavio in Bordeaux’s midfield against Monaco: not an easy task.

Tchouaméni is normally deployed as a creative midfielder but showed that he can do the dirty work too.

He grew into the game and bossed proceedings as it went on, leading Les Girondins to an important victory.

Mathías Olivera

The tough-tackling Uruguayan seemed to be everywhere in Getafe’s 1-1 draw at Espanyol.

He won well over half of his duels in the game, intercepted several balls and rarely let anything get by him all afternoon.

Not content with that, Olivera, who turned 22 last month, also supplied a vital assist.
