Following a new study by professional services firm KPMG, Spurs saw their value increase 31% from just under €1bn to €1.29bn in the last year alone.
The study is based on the 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons where KPMG studied profitability, broadcasting rights, popularity, potential, and stadium value. Tottenham becomes one of six clubs in the Premier League listed in the top-10 most valuable franchises, joining Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Liverpool.
However, Daniel Levy is wary of the challenges that the club faces involving the cost of the new White Hart Lane, which is estimated to currently be close to €1bn.
