Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has revealed that he is considering playing the club’s youth talents in next season’s FA Cup.

Spurs lost their semi-final against Manchester United on Saturday, with the team coming in for criticism after losing yet another high-profile game.

And the Argentine tactician has admitted that he would consider just playing the youngsters in next year’s edition to avoid further flak from the press.

“I am thinking with Tottenham to play with kids the next time because it’s so unfair when you lose but that is my job to be criticised when we don’t win,” Pochettino is quoted as saying by the Daily Mail.

“The problem is the perception sometimes is not realistic. But maybe yes, next we will provide the possibility to play with kids and I’m sure it will be fantastic for experience and everything.

“Then we stop to arrive in this situation (of being questioned about not winning trophies).”
