Neymar Jr. will be on the field alongside Edinson Cavani and Kylian Mbappé, who should by now know how tough is this classico, unlike the first leg last October (2-2) at the Vélodrome.
On the first leg draw, Neymar was able to score a goal but he was also sent off. Time for the Brazilian star to be fundamental against a difficult opponent, considering his vindication is on the line after his performance against Real Madrid on Champions League play.
That being said, Neymarâs overall performance in Ligue 1 is impressive as his been involved in 31 goals of his side (19 goals, 12 assists).
Cavani and MbappĂ©âs contributions also speak for itself on league play, with the Uruguayan scoring 23 so far and the Frenchman scoring nine goals and registering 8 assists.

PSGâs trio is one of the main factors on why they remain unbeaten at their home ground, Parc des Princes. Not only unbeaten, all league games ended up in victories.
In contrast, Florian Thauvin â Marseilleâs top scorer â has scored 15 goals and registered 10 assists. Combined with Marseilleâs second best goalscorer, Morgan Sanson, they barely match Cavaniâs 23 goals.
Can Marseille stop PSGâs dominant run at home, contain the Parisian trio, and overtake the second place on the standing?
Itâs certainly going to be hard for Olympique to even take a point from the French capital, but not impossible.
