Chivas striker Alan Pulido has reacted to angrily to criticism levelled at him on Twitter.

Earlier this week, a blogger known as ‘San Cadilla’ tweeted a reference José Cardozo’s assertion that Pulido could play for Manchester City, if only he were better in the air.

“He’s a striker that’s tough to mark, he’s powerful, has a good shot, all he’s missing is better heading skills. If ‘Puli’ could (head better), he’d be playing for Manchester City by now,” said Cardozo.

But Pulido didn’t take too kindly to San Cadilla questioning his coach’s comments on Twitter.

“You hide behind a social network only to burst,” wrote the 27-year-old.

“I hope you use your social networks to support Mexican players, not to make controversy with your stupidity.”
