Chivas receive huge double injury boost | OneFootball

Chivas have been injury plagued all season long but they have finally received good news from the medical team.

Through a statement, Chivas officially announced the return of both Jair Pereira and Jesus Sanchez, who left the pitch due to injury.

In the case of the right-back, the medical staff gave him the green light and he will be active as soon as he is required, while the centre-back returned at the same time and completed a full training session with his teammates.

Chivas have little chance of making the Liguilla this season and will close out the 2019 Clausura with matches against Puebla, Leon, and Tigres.

They need to get results over the course of these final three games and the 2019 Apertura and 2020 Clausura to avoid relegation next year, as they are currently level with Querétaro on the bottom of the relegation table.
