Bayern Munich have unveiled their schedule for this summer, with new manager Niko Kovač set to meet his players on July 2.

The former Croatia international will take over from Jupp Heynckes in the next few weeks, having overseen Eintracht Frankfurt’s renaissance from relegation fodder to Europa League qualifiers.

And the 46-year-old will take his first day of training on July 2. It won’t be with the majority of the squad however, with many of them playing in this summer’s World Cup.

The Bavarians first friendly will be against Paris Saint-Germain, before travelling to Philadelphia to take on Juventus and then Miami to come up against Manchester City.

The first round of Bundesliga fixtures will be on the weekend starting August 24.
